Today was the first meeting of 2015 for the Orlando Modern Quilt Group and WOW have we grown! Quiltaholics sharing our addiction without shame.....
I am excited about becoming the Education Coordinator for our group because I am always learning something in life.  It's a natural fit for me.  Right now we are getting ready for a field trip to Trenton, Florida to the suwanee quilt shop.  Ever had a fabric orgasm?  You will here.

Next month my significant other and I are going to take the RV and wheel on down to Austin, Texas so I can attend QuiltCon which is the international convention for the Modern Quilt Guild.  I can't wait......

Happy New Year

It is a New Year and time to get off my butt and make things happen !  I managed to get Dan to make some shelves for me so I have more storage.  Now I have to clean off the top of the chest and fold up more material.  I promised myself I would get better at yardwork and so far I've accomplished that.
