Friday the 13th Sew day

Going to Sew Day certainly gave me inspiration.....got a fair bit done on Dan's quilt

Only giving a little hint here.  Katherine our resident art quilt genius was working on an embroidery project....I love it so!

Now here is a design she created. 

if only I were so gifted!!!!

Anyway, seeing some of the work my fellow quilters were doing I got a little inspired to complete some projects

Placemats for Dan's mom who is from Denmark hence the Vikings
